1.1 Using the Package for the First Time

Advanced Numerical Methods is customarily installed in a separate directory parallel to Control System Professional. The installation manual that came with the application contains detailed instructions for the installation procedure. To load Advanced Numerical Methods, you can use either the Get or Needs command.

This makes the functionality of Advanced Numerical Methods available.

Loading Advanced Numerical Methods automatically loads Control System Professional. You can also start by loading Control System Professional and add Advanced Numerical Methods at some later stage in your Mathematica session.
