LocalObject

LocalObject[]
represents a new anonymous local object.

LocalObject["file:///"]
represents a local object with a given file path.

LocalObject["relpath"]
represents a local object with the given relative path.

LocalObject["relpath","lbase"]
represents a local object relative to the base lbase.
