ToPolarCoordinates

ToPolarCoordinates[{x,y}]
gives the {r,θ} polar coordinates corresponding to the Cartesian coordinates {x,y}.

ToPolarCoordinates[{x1,x2,,xn}]
gives the hyperspherical coordinates corresponding to the Cartesian coordinates {x1,x2,,xn}.
