# "PercentFraction" (interpreter type)

Percentage expressed in natural language.

## Allowed FormsAllowed Forms

• All the natural-language numbers allowed by "SemanticNumber" are supported for the quantity magnitude.
• The unit can be expressed in natural language or via abbreviations or symbols.

Interpret percentages:

 In[1]:=

 Out[2]=

If no unit is provided, convert the number to a percentage:

 In[1]:=
 Out[1]=
 In[2]:=
 Out[2]=
 In[3]:=
 Out[3]=
 In[4]:=
 Out[4]=

Cf. "Percent", which simply infers a percent unit:

And "HeuristicPercent", which decides what to do based on heuristics:
