LinkProtocol LinkProtocol is an option to LinkLaunch, Install and related functions which specifies the underlying data transport protocol to use for a new MathLink link. Typical settings for LinkProtocol are "TCP", "Pipes" or "PPC". See the Mathematica book: Section 2.12.5.
