Show Toolbar
▪ Show Toolbar toggles the display of the toolbar along the top of the notebook.
 ▪ The toolbar displays the cell style of the selected cell, and allows you to choose other cell styles. You can also use the toolbar to change the text alignment within a cell to flush left, centered, flush right, or justified.
▪ This command sets the option WindowToolbars{"EditBar"} on the selected notebook.
