Create a superscript by pressing the Control key and the 6 key (or the Caret key) at the same time.
Press 6 or ^
Type the superscript into the placeholder (which is already selected).
Type i
Move the insertion point out of the superscript position down to the baseline by pressing the Control and Space keys at the same time.

To avoid multiplying the two superscripts, separate them with an invisible comma. To type the alias for an invisible comma, press the Escape key before and after typing a comma.
Type 2, press , type a comma, press , type 3
Get out of the superscript position up to the baseline with Control-Space.
