CharacterEncoding

  • CharacterEncoding is an option for input and output functions which specifies what raw character encoding should be used.
  • The default is CharacterEncoding:>$CharacterEncoding.
  • The possible settings for CharacterEncoding are the same as for $CharacterEncoding.
