TrueQ

  • TrueQ[ expr ] yields True if expr is True, and yields False otherwise.
  • Example: TrueQ[x==y].
  • You can use TrueQ to "assume" that a test fails when its outcome is not clear.
  • TrueQ[ expr ] is equivalent to If[ expr , True, False, False].
