 Usage
• MathieuCharacteristicB[r, q]给出特征指数为 r ，参数为 q的奇Mathieu函数的特征值  .
Notes
• 特征值  给出  具有形式为  的解时参数  的值，这里  是周期为  的  的奇函数. • 当  不是实整数, MathieuCharacteristicB 给出与 MathieuCharacteristicA相同的结果.
