SchurDecomposition
 Usage
• SchurDecomposition[m] 得到矩阵 m的Schur分解. 该结果是一个列表  q, t , 其中 q 是一个正交阵 t 是一个分块上三角阵.
Notes
• 原矩阵m等于q . t . Conjugate[Transpose[q]]. • SchurDecomposition[m, Pivoting -> True] 产生一个列表  q, t, d , 其中 d 是一个置换对角矩阵,使得 m . d 等于 d . q . t . Conjugate[Transpose[q]].
