Experimental`Minimize
 Minimize[expr, cons,   ,  , ...  ] minimizes expr with respect to the real variables  subject to the constraints cons.
The constraints can involve both equations and inequalities.
Minimize returns both the minimum value and the position of the minimum, in the same form as ConstrainedMin and FindMinimum.
