FilledSmallSquareAnchoredSearch is an option for Find and FindList which specifies whether the text searched for must be at the beginning of a record.

FilledSmallSquare With the default setting RecordSeparators -> {"\n"}, AnchoredSearch -> True specifies that the text must appear at the beginning of a line.
