Binomial
 Binomial[n, m] gives the binomial coefficient  .
Integer mathematical function (see Section A.3.10).
Binomial is evaluated symbolically when possible.
Example: Binomial[x+2, x]   .
In general,  is defined by  or suitable limits of this.
