 CarmichaelLambda[n] gives the Carmichael function  , defined as the smallest integer  such that  for all  relatively prime to  .
Integer mathematical function (see Section A.3.10).
CarmichaelLambda returns unevaluated if there is no integer  satisfying the necessary conditions.
