FilledSmallSquareRenameDirectory["", ""] renames the directory to .

FilledSmallSquare must already exist; must not.

FilledSmallSquareRenameDirectory sets the modification date for to be the same as for .

FilledSmallSquareRenameDirectory returns the full new directory name, or $Failed if the directory cannot be renamed.
