CharacteristicPolynomial

FilledSmallSquare CharacteristicPolynomial[m, x] gives the characteristic polynomial for the matrix m.

FilledSmallSquare m must be a square matrix.

FilledSmallSquare It can contain numeric or symbolic entries.
