FilledSmallSquare "NotebookMail" is a front end token that launches your email application to send your notebook to a specified address. (Windows only.)

FilledSmallSquare This token is equivalent to the menu command File RightTriangle Send To.

FilledSmallSquare To execute a front end token, you typically evaluate a command of the form FrontEndExecute[FrontEndToken[token]].
