"CellTagsEditDialog"

"CellTagsEditDialog" is a front end token that opens the Edit Cell Tags dialog box.

This token is equivalent to the menu command Find Add/Remove Cell Tags.

Cell tags are used to find single cells or classes of cells. See Add/Remove Cell Tags... for more information.

To execute a front end token, you typically evaluate a command of the form FrontEndExecute[FrontEndToken[token]].
