"RebuildHelpIndex" is a front end token that rebuilds the categories and index for the Help Browser.

This token is equivalent to the menu command Help Rebuild Help Index.

Use this command when you have installed an add-on package or modified documentation files.

To execute a front end token, you typically evaluate a command of the form FrontEndExecute[FrontEndToken[token]].
