StandardForm

Default Input FormatType StandardForm sets the default for newly created Input cells to Mathematica StandardForm.

This setting is used when you create a new cell by typing, when the selection is a cell insertion point.

This command sets the option CommonDefaultFormatTypes{"Input"StandardForm} on $FrontEnd.
