Show ToolBar

Show ToolBar toggles the display of the toolbar along the top of the notebook.

The toolbar displays the cell style of the selected cell and allows you to choose other cell styles. You can also use the toolbar to change the text alignment within a cell to flush left, centered, flush right, or justified.

This command sets the option WindowToolbars {"EditBar"} on the selected notebook.
