Functions for combining lists.

Join concatenates any number of lists together.

In[1]:= Join[{a, b, c}, {x, y}, {t, u}]


Union combines lists, keeping only distinct elements.

In[2]:= Union[{a, b, c}, {c, a, d}, {a, d}]
