Waveform

Waveform[type, freq, dur]
creates a Sound object that is a standard waveform of type type, having a fundamental frequency of freq hertz, and a duration of dur seconds.

To use Waveform, you first need to load the Audio Package using Needs["Audio`"].

The type type must be one of the following:

	Sinusoid	sinusoidal waveform type
	Sawtooth	sawtooth waveform type
	Square	square waveform type
	Triangle	triangular waveform type

The following options can be given:

DisplayFunction	Identity	function to apply to sound before returning it
Overtones	Automatic	the number of overtones
PlayRange	All	range of sound amplitude levels to include
SampleDepth	8	number of bits used to encode sound amplitude
SampleRate	8192	sampling rate per second

Waveform[type, freq, dur, Overtones->n] creates a standard waveform with n overtones.
