AutoDelete

This function has not been fully integrated into the long-term Mathematica system, and is subject to change.
AutoDelete
is an option for boxes that specifies whether a box is automatically deleted when its contents are edited.
  • With the setting AutoDelete->True, the box is deleted when the contents of a box such as an InterpretationBox are edited.
  • With the setting AutoDelete->False, the box remains in place when the contents of a box such as an ErrorBox are edited, and must be deleted manually.
