CellFrameColor

This function has not been fully integrated into the long-term Mathematica system, and is subject to change.

CellFrameColor
is an option that specifies the color of the frame around a cell.

The color is specified as an RGBColor or GrayLevel directive, using the Color dialog box. Color specifications using Hue or CMYKColor are also allowed. The default setting is CellFrameColor->GrayLevel[0.].
