CellFrameLabels

This function has not been fully integrated into the long-term Mathematica system, and is subject to change.

CellFrameLabels
is an option that specifies the labels associated with the frame around a cell.

CellFrameLabels->{{left, right}, {bottom, top}} specifies the labels to the left, right, bottom, and top of the cell frame, respectively.

Cell frame labels are usually specified as strings, but they can also be arbitrary cell expressions.
