CentralMoment[list, r]
gives the r

central moment of the elements in list with respect to their mean.

For the list ${x_1,x_2,…,x_n}$ , the r central moment is given by , where is the mean of the list.

CentralMoment[{{x₁, y₁, ...}, {x₂, y₂, ...}, ...}, r] gives {CentralMoment[{x₁, x₂, ...}, r], CentralMoment[{y₁, y₂, ...}, r]}.

CentralMoment[{{x₁, y₁, ...}, {x₂, y₂, ...}, ...}, {r₁, r₂, ...}] gives {CentralMoment[{x₁, x₂, ...}, r₁], CentralMoment[{y₁, y₂, ...}, r₂], ...}.
