DeletionWarning

This function has not been fully integrated into the long-term Mathematica system, and is subject to change.

DeletionWarning
is an option for InterpretationBox or TagBox objects that specifies whether a warning is issued if the box is deleted.

With the default setting DeletionWarning->False, no warning is issued when an InterpretationBox or TagBox is deleted.
