TrigFactorList[expr]
factors trigonometric functions in expr, yielding a list of lists containing trigonometric monomials and exponents.

TrigFactorList tries to give results in terms of powers of Sin, Cos, Sinh and Cosh, explicitly decomposing functions like Tan.
