Debugger Controls
opens a submenu of debugger controls.

	Halt	interrupt the debugger
	Continue	resume debugging
	Step	stop debugger at beginning of next expression
	Step In	stop debugger at next stopping point
	Step Out	stop debugger at the end of the evaluation stack
	Finish	force debugger through entire evaluation stack
	Toggle Breakpoint	toggle breakpoints on or off
	Show Debugger Tools Window	toggle Debugger Tools window on or off
	Show Stack Window	toggle Stack window on or off
	Show Breakpoints Window	toggle Breakpoint window on or off
