ToDMS

ToDMS[degrees]
converts a coordinate in degrees to degree-minute-second format.

To use ToDMS, you first need to load the Geodesy Package using Needs["Geodesy`"].

Conversion takes place to the nearest second.

The coordinates are between -180 and 180 degrees.
