begins an evaluation block equivalent to a JavaBlock, except that it works across a larger span than the evaluation of a single expression.

- To use BeginJavaBlock, you first need to load J/Link using Needs["JLink`"].
- Every BeginJavaBlock must have a paired EndJavaBlock.
