returns True if the front end is being shared with a specified link, and returns False otherwise.

- To use FrontEndSharedQ, you first need to load J/Link using
. - For backward compatibility, calling FrontEndSharedQ[] with no arguments defaults to the Java link (thus it is equivalent to FrontEndSharedQ[JavaLink[]]).
