ActivateWindow
is an option to DoNETModeless that specifies whether to make the window visible.

To use ActivateWindow, you first need to load .NET/Link using Needs["NETLink`"].
The default value of ActivateWindow is True.
Setting its value to False will enter the modeless state, but not display the window until later.
