uses a stellation ratio ratio.

- To use
, you first need to load the Polyhedron Operations Package using Needs["PolyhedronOperations`"]. - Stellate[expr] uses a stellation ratio of 2.
- Stellate[PolyhedronData[poly]] creates a stellated polyhedron.
- Stellation ratios less than 1 give concave figures.
