FieldHint

FieldHint
is an option for InputField that specifies contents to display when the input field is empty.
MORE INFORMATION
  • An option setting of Null disables the field hint.
  • The field hint cannot be selected and will disappear as soon as keyboard focus is moved into the input field.
  • The default styling of field hints displays them in a lighter shade so they won't be confused with user input.
  • The style of the field hint is determined by the option FieldHintStyle applied in addition to the input field's regular style.
