FrameBoxOptions->{opt1->val1, opt2->val2, ...}
is an option for cells that specifies default settings.

    BoxFrame1.specifies whether to draw a frame around the contents of the box
    BaseStyle{}the style to use
    FrameMargins4.the absolute margins in printer's points to leave inside the frame
    FrameStyle{}how the edges of a frame should be rendered
