PalettePath
is a global option that specifies which directories Mathematica searches for palettes on startup.
Details
- The directories to be searched are specified using the
function. Typical directories included in PalettePath are FrontEnd`FileName[{$UserBaseDirectory, "SystemFiles", 
and FrontEnd`FileName[{$BaseDirectory, "SystemFiles", "FrontEnd", "Palettes"}]. - The Palettes menu lists all the notebooks found in the directories specified by PalettePath.
