Edit ► Cut

Cut
deletes a selection and pastes it to the clipboard.

  • To cut selected material from the notebook and place it on the clipboard, highlight the area to be cut and choose Edit ► Cut. You can then insert the deleted material elsewhere using the Edit ► Paste command.
  • Keyboard shortcuts: Ctrl+X (Windows); Cmd+X (Macintosh); Ctrl+X (X).
