Page Margins
To change the printing margins:
1. Choose Edit 
Preferences (Publicon Preferences on Macintosh) to open the Option Inspector dialog box.
2. Choose Notebook from the first pop-up menu after "Show option values for".
3. Locate the preference PrintingMargins. This is listed under Notebook Options Printing Options Printing Options.
4. Set the preference to the desired value.
