ANALOG INSYDES(TM) FOR MATHEMATICA(R), VERSION 2
SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
This Software License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and
Fraunhofer-Institut fuer Techno- und Wirtschaftsmathematik

1. DEFINITIONS:
ITWM: Fraunhofer-Institut für Techno- und Wirtschaftsmathematik
You: The purchaser of this license.
Software: All computer programs and library files enclosed in the media
container and any upgrades, updates, additions, or modified versions of
the programs and library files provided to You by ITWM.
Documentation: All manuals, instructions, example files, and other
explanatory materials accompanying the Software in printed or electronic
form.
Agreement: This license agreement and additional information specific to
Your license.
Product: All materials covered by the Agreement.
In Use: The Software is In Use when it is loaded from a storage device
into a computer's main memory.
Single-User License: The license permits installation of the Software on
a single computer. The Software may not be Used by more than one user at
the same time.
Network License: The license permits installation of the Software on a
network server and allows for concurrent Use of the Software by as many
users as specified in the Agreement.
2. OWNERSHIP:
ITWM is the sole holder of the copyright of the Software and
accompanying Documentation. The Software is licensed, not sold. The
Agreement does not grant You any rights of ownership or intellectual
property. Your rights to use the Software are limited to the rights
explicitly granted to You by the Agreement.
3. PERMITTED USES:
Provided that You accept all terms of the Agreement ITWM grants You a
non-exclusive right to use the Product as described below.
- Single-User License: You may install the Software on one single
computer. The Software may not be Used concurrently by more than one
user. If You are the primary user of the machine on which the Software
is installed You may also install the Software on one personal home
computer and one personal portable computer. However, the Software may
not be In Use on more than one computer at the same time.
- Network License: You may install the Software on one network server. The
Software may be Used concurrently by as many users as specified in the
Agreement.
In addition to installing the Software according to Your license You may
also make one copy of the Software solely for backup or archival
purposes.
4. LIMITED WARRANTY:
ITWM warrants that the Software will perform substantially in accordance
with the accompanying Documentation. There are no other warranties,
including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the Software.
ITWM's entire liability shall be limited to a period of 90 days from the
date of purchase and shall be, at ITWM's option (a) return of the price
paid or (b) repair or replacement of the Software. The warranty is void
if the defect has resulted from accident, abuse or manipulation. ITWM
shall not be liable for damages resulting from the use of or inability
to use the Software. ITWM's liability is restricted to the amount
actually paid by You for the Product.
