CurveToCylinder1

• CurveToCylinder1[cnum, locuspoint, {alpha, guess}, axis, radius] constrains the space curve defined by locuspoint to lie in tangent contact with a cylinder of specified axis and radius. The locuspoint must be defined as a parametric function of alpha.
• CurveToCylinder1 constrains one degree of freedom.

• CurveToCylinder1 generates two constraint equations and introduces one new variable, alpha, hence constraining one degree of freedom.
• The first equation constrains the point of contact to lie radius units away from the cylinder's axis, and the second equation constrains the direction vector of the curve at the point of contact to be orthogonal to normal vector from the surface of the cylinder at the point of contact, yielding two constraint equations.
