• Diagnostics is an element of the MakeRules option setting for SolveFree or SolvePath.

• Including Diagnostics in the list of symbols specified by MakeRules causes two InterpolatingFunction objects to be included in the solution returned by SolveFree that represent the maximum error in any one of the integration variables at a given time, and the step size at that time.
