StefanConstant
is the Stefan–Boltzmann constant, a universal constant of proportionality between the radiant emittance of a black body and the fourth power of the body's absolute temperature.

- To use StefanConstant, you first need to load the Physical Constants Package using Needs["PhysicalConstants`"].
- StefanConstant is given in units of Watt/(Kelvin^4*Meter^2).
