Since Version 11.0 (released in 2016), TimeWarpingCorrespondence has been superseded by WarpingCorrespondence.

TimeWarpingCorrespondence[s1,s2]

gives the time warping (DTW) similarity path between sequences s1 and s2.

TimeWarpingCorrespondence[s1,s2,r]

uses a window of radius r for local search.
