MLReleaseInteger16List （C 関数）

MLReleaseInteger16ListはWSReleaseInteger16Listに置き換えられた．

void MLReleaseInteger16List(MLINK link,short *a,int n)

長さnの配列aを保持するために，MLGetInteger16List()で割り当てられたメモリを解放する．
