Manage Chat Participants
Add or remove chat participants mid-session.
Open the “Manage Participants” window
To see a list of chat session participants, choose Manage Participants from the chat window menu:
To add participants to a chat session, enter their IDs in the NEW PARTICIPANTS field, separated by commas, and click OK:
To remove participants from a chat session, uncheck their IDs in the MANAGE PARTICIPANTS field and click OK:
- The names of unchecked participants are not removed from the list, but the participants will not see subsequent chat messages as long as their names remain unchecked.
