Copy
• Copy copies the current selection to the Clipboard without deleting it from your document.
• To copy selected material from the document and place it on the Clipboard:
1. Highlight the area to be copied. 2. Choose Copy from the Edit menu.
The copied text or cells can then be inserted in another document or elsewhere in the same document with the Paste command.
