CellFrameLabelMargins
• CellFrameLabelMargins is an option for cells that determines the absolute margins in printer's points between a cell's frame and the labels around the frame.
• Possible settings are as follows:
dist the same margins on all sides
{{left,right}, {bottom,top}} different margins on different sides
